Shipping Policies

We ship registered post globally with Australia Post and the post services provided in Taiwan.

Shipping Rates

FREE shipping rate from 23 July 2007. All parcels will be in Registered Post unless otherwise arranged.

Turnaround Time

Please allow 7-10 working days after your payment is received to receive your order.

Payments Accepted

Paypal, Direct Debit and Money Order with the title made to “Full Range Trading Pty Ltd” Your order will be shipped once your payment is received.

Your information is private and remains private. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information for any reason. Your name and address are used for our internal shipping purpose only.

CAC – Sign of Beauty, Full Range Trading Pty Ltd and its owners will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or medical conditions from the use of our products. Our products are made with highest quality and ensure the safe use of customers. However, skin sensitivity may occur. Please read our ingredient label carefully before using. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use immediately and contact your physician.

Product Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
